Cool colour in cool winter!

冬でもあえてクールカラー！！

めっさ時間かかりましたが、、、。

ブリーチ何回したんだ？仕上げはアッシュラベンダーで仕上げ。

(バックグラウンドがゴチャゴチャしてるのは無視してください。)

ショートヘアーに明るい色は可愛い！と思う。ショートヘアーの皆さんこの冬にいかが？？？

It took sooooooo long to achieve this though....

How many times we did bleach??  Then I finished with ash-lavender colour.  

(Oh just ignore the background.... I know bit messy ha?)

Short hair with blight colour is cute and nice!

Dear short hair people,

Why don't you try light hair colour for this winter?

マイブーム！それはコラーゲン摂取！！

日本に帰ったら時ひょんな事からコラーゲン摂取することに！

とりあえずは1週間分のドリンクタイプのものを購入。確か、1本126円位だったような、、、。

お店のおネーサン曰く、三日でこうかがあらわれるとか。しかも飲むのは寝る前がいいそうです。

やっぱり睡眠って大事なんだなーと感じながら、どこまでお肌プリップリになるのかしらとドキドキしながらお店をあとに、、、。

これがそう。飲みやすい味でした。

しかも、お店のおネーサン曰くお肌がみずみずしくなったような気がしたし、それと同時に毛穴も少し小さくなったような気が！！！この、「気がする！」っての美容では大事！

My boom... is to take collagen!!

When I went back to Japan this time, I somehow got into taking collagen!

 

Well, from the start I bought enough for 7 days. I think it is about ¥126 a bottle...

The shop assistant told me it will take only  3 days for your skin to feel different. It's better to take just before going to bed. I left the shop thinking "wow, yeah sleeping is very important to make a good skin..." and I wonder how much my skin will change?!

I took the first bottles over 7 days, the taste was sweetish taste and easy to drink.

And yes after 3 days, I felt my skin looks smother and less pores. You know, this " feel like" or "seem"  is very important thing. Believing is important!!!

残念ながら、オーストラリアに持って帰るには液体だと、ちと重い、、、。

なので、こちらのゼリータイプと粉タイプをかってかえりました。

もちろん機内泊だったのでこのゼリータイプはとても重宝！

ライチの様な味だったかなー？飲み？食べやすかった！

Unfortunately, I couldn't brig the bottles back to Australia since they are heavy.... So I bought back the jelly and powder type.

Of course the jelly one was so convenient for travel! I can take anywhere since there was no need for water.

I think the taste was kinda lychee taste!  Was nice! 

さて、ゼリーもなくなり、お次はこちらのパウダータイプ。

一回に7g程度の粉を何にでも混ぜて使っていいという優れもの！いいんだけど、この粉をただのお湯だけに混ぜて飲むと何と無くお魚のスープっぽい味が、、、。フィッシュコラーゲンなのでしょうがないのかな?

After I finished the jelly one, I started taking the powder.

You can mix 7g into anything you want. Like coffee, tea, or yogurt. It's nice mixed with tea but when I mixed into simple hot water, taste was a bit fishy..... Well it is fish collagen so I guess that can't be help t! 

ということでドーンとインターネットで今度は錠剤物を大人買い！

一回6錠飲むんだけど粒が小さいので問題なし。

粉よりは、楽かな。

So I decided to buy these tablets through the Internet! Yay!

You have to take 6 tablets at a time but they are absmall size so it is no problem.  I think it's easier to take than the powder viriatey. 

いつまでもつかわからないけども、とりあえず今のとこはこれで「女子力アップ！」を目指しております！！

I am not sure how long I can keep taking collagen...  Now I am triying to make my "Femininity level" up!!

お久しぶりです。

さて、何だかんだしてる間に、日本に遊びに行って、帰ってきました。

ので、ブログ更新といきまーす。

また去年と同様、大阪にあるサロンにお邪魔しに行きました！

I went to Japan for a couple week.  And I visited hair salon in Osaka.  Yes, it is!  Same salon that I went to last year!!  It is "artstyle"

Now I would love to  introduce this product you never heard!
This  is make up base form SHISEIDO and is so clever because you don't need to use oil cleansing. You just need a normal cleanser!!!

Ok let me tell you how to use this.
Use this produce as a makeup base and do makeup on top of it. But when you use this, you have to apply everywhere evenly. This is the key point!

And at night, you wet your face first then wash with cleanser. You know,  you don't need to use oil cleansing!  JUST USE ONLY NORMAL CLEANSER!!

How easy it is! It will save your valuable nigh and relax rest of your night!
